印刷線路板生產廢水處理工藝

    印刷線路板(PCB)生(sheng)產過程會產生(sheng)大量有毒有害廢水,該(gai)廢水種類繁多、成分(fen)復雜、可生(sheng)化(hua)性差、有機物濃度(du)高,如直(zhi)接排(pai)放將造(zao)成嚴重(zhong)污(wu)染(ran)。PCB生(sheng)產廢水性質不(bu)同(tong)且污(wu)染(ran)程度(du)不(bu)同(tong),含有多種重(zhong)金屬及絡合(he)劑,故針(zhen)對不(bu)同(tong)廢水需按(an)照“分(fen)質分(fen)類"原則處理,使廢水排(pai)放滿足(zu)相應標準(zhun)(zhun),即滿足(zu)《電(dian)鍍污(wu)染(ran)物排(pai)放標準(zhun)(zhun)》(GB21900—2008)表2中(zhong)水污(wu)染(ran)物濃度(du)限值(zhi)要(yao)求及《污(wu)水綜合(he)排(pai)放標準(zhun)(zhun)》(GB8978—1996)表4中(zhong)一級標準(zhun)(zhun)要(yao)求。

    1、廢水水質

    某印刷線路板企業主要(yao)(yao)從事(shi)PCB板的研發(fa)和生(sheng)產,其生(sheng)產廢(fei)水(shui)主要(yao)(yao)包括一(yi)般水(shui)洗(xi)廢(fei)水(shui)、油墨廢(fei)水(shui)、有機廢(fei)水(shui)、絡合廢(fei)水(shui)、刷磨廢(fei)水(shui)、含鎳廢(fei)水(shui)、含氰(qing)廢(fei)水(shui)等,水(shui)質水(shui)量情況如表1所示。

    2、各類廢水(shui)處理工藝(yi)及說明

    2.1一般(ban)水洗廢水

    一(yi)般(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)包(bao)括一(yi)般(ban)(ban)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)綜合廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)產自PCB酸洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)及(ji)(ji)微蝕后的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)、電鍍銅后水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)等(deng)工(gong)序,污(wu)染物成分較單一(yi),主要為(wei)無機鹽類。綜合廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)主要為(wei)含(han)Cu2+、Ni2+等(deng)復雜(za)金(jin)屬(shu)離子(zi)、多種表面活(huo)性(xing)劑及(ji)(ji)有機酸、堿的(de)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如除油后、中和(he)后及(ji)(ji)棕化(hua)后等(deng)工(gong)序的(de)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)pH在(zai)2~4,將pH調至8.0左(zuo)右進行(xing)混(hun)凝沉(chen)淀,去除重金(jin)屬(shu)離子(zi)后進入(ru)RO反滲透系統,產水(shui)(shui)(shui)可作為(wei)生(sheng)產線用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),濃水(shui)(shui)(shui)流入(ru)有機廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)收集(ji)池(chi)進行(xing)物化(hua)—生(sheng)化(hua)處(chu)理(li)。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝(yi)流程見(jian)圖1。

    2.2油(you)墨廢水

    油(you)墨(mo)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)呈堿性(xing),主要污(wu)染物為CODCr,且濃度很高。采用(yong)酸(suan)化—凝聚(ju)法對廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)進(jin)行預(yu)處(chu)理,將廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)泵(beng)入序批式酸(suan)析池(chi)(chi)內(nei),酸(suan)析池(chi)(chi)內(nei)設(she)pH自動控(kong)制儀(yi)表控(kong)制加酸(suan)量(liang),使酸(suan)析池(chi)(chi)內(nei)pH維(wei)持在(zai)2~3,油(you)墨(mo)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)樹脂在(zai)酸(suan)性(xing)條件下析出密度較水(shui)輕(qing)的(de)濃膠狀凝聚(ju)物,易與水(shui)分離,進(jin)入沉淀池(chi)(chi)后浮渣排入膜(mo)濃液池(chi)(chi),產生的(de)污(wu)泥由氣動隔膜(mo)泵(beng)打(da)入板(ban)框(kuang)壓濾(lv)(lv)機進(jin)行壓濾(lv)(lv),廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)油(you)墨(mo)及(ji)懸浮物截留(liu)于板(ban)框(kuang)壓濾(lv)(lv)機內(nei),濾(lv)(lv)液則重新排入膜(mo)濃液池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)。油(you)墨(mo)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)的(de)處(chu)理工藝流(liu)程(cheng)如(ru)圖2所示。

    2.3有機(ji)廢水

    有機廢(fei)水(shui)包括車間排放的含有機物廢(fei)水(shui)及(ji)棕化(hua)、抗氧化(hua)、蓬松等工序后(hou)續清(qing)洗(xi)廢(fei)水(shui),污染因子成(cheng)分復(fu)雜,含有較高濃度的絡(luo)合(he)Cu2+及(ji)CODCr、NH3-N。采用微(wei)電解(jie)工藝先破除絡(luo)合(he)物,去除有機物,提高廢(fei)水(shui)的可生(sheng)化(hua)性,再(zai)進(jin)(jin)入生(sheng)化(hua)系統(tong)進(jin)(jin)行深度處(chu)理,保證廢(fei)水(shui)的達標排放。有機廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理工藝流程如圖3所(suo)示。

    2.4絡合廢水

    絡(luo)(luo)合廢水(shui)(shui)產(chan)生(sheng)于化(hua)學沉銅和堿性蝕刻工(gong)序后續清洗廢水(shui)(shui),該類廢水(shui)(shui)含有較多的(de)重金屬離子且需要經過破(po)絡(luo)(luo)處理,主要采用破(po)絡(luo)(luo)+混凝沉淀(dian)工(gong)藝進行(xing)處理。先用泵將廢水(shui)(shui)打(da)入(ru)破(po)絡(luo)(luo)池(chi)(chi),添加FeSO4進行(xing)一級反應,加堿使池(chi)(chi)內pH維持(chi)在10.5左右,加入(ru)Na2S進行(xing)二級反應,加入(ru)PAC、PAM進行(xing)混凝沉淀(dian),上清液排至(zhi)有機中間池(chi)(chi)后,再經生(sheng)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)及MBR池(chi)(chi)處理達標排放。絡(luo)(luo)合廢水(shui)(shui)的(de)處理工(gong)藝流程如圖4所示(shi)。

    2.5刷磨廢水

    刷磨(mo)(mo)廢水產生(sheng)于PCB刷磨(mo)(mo)工序(xu),主(zhu)要污(wu)染物為銅粉,經銅粉回收(shou)(shou)機(ji)將銅粉過濾后可(ke)回用于刷磨(mo)(mo)、成型(xing)(xing)清洗。刷磨(mo)(mo)廢水的處理工藝流(liu)程:刷磨(mo)(mo)廢水→集水池→銅粉回收(shou)(shou)機(ji)→回收(shou)(shou)用于磨(mo)(mo)刷、成型(xing)(xing)。

    2.6含鎳廢水

    含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)廢水來自電鍍鎳(nie)(nie)清洗,主要(yao)污染物為Ni2+、SS等,含(han)鹽量也(ye)較低,由(you)專用管道收集至含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)調節(jie)池,通過(guo)間歇反應池處(chu)(chu)理然后(hou)進行離子交換,再(zai)經(jing)三級(ji)過(guo)濾(lv)后(hou),通過(guo)反滲(shen)透處(chu)(chu)理,最終(zhong)回用于(yu)車間,反滲(shen)透濃水經(jing)蒸發系統蒸發結晶后(hou)交由(you)資質公司處(chu)(chu)理。含(han)鎳(nie)(nie)廢水處(chu)(chu)理工藝(yi)流程(cheng)見(jian)圖5。

    2.7含氰廢水

    PCB鍍(du)金(jin)(jin)后(hou)進行(xing)化金(jin)(jin)處(chu)理,之后(hou)進行(xing)沉(chen)金(jin)(jin)操作將金(jin)(jin)回收,產生(sheng)部分含(han)氰廢(fei)(fei)水,此外(wai)還包括(kuo)含(han)氰廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)洗滌(di)水。該類(lei)廢(fei)(fei)水產生(sheng)后(hou)用(yong)專用(yong)管道收集(ji)至含(han)氰廢(fei)(fei)水收集(ji)桶(tong),因(yin)廢(fei)(fei)水中的(de)處(chu)理完成后(hou)通(tong)過廢(fei)(fei)水管道排(pai)入含(han)氰廢(fei)(fei)水收集(ji)池。

    收(shou)集池(chi)(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)60m2×3.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積200m3。pH調節池(chi)(chi)Ⅰ1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)2.25m2×4.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積10m3。破絡池(chi)(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)4.5m2×4.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積20m3。pH調節池(chi)(chi)Ⅱ1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)2.25m2×4.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積10m3。反應池(chi)(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)2.25m2×4.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積10m3。沉(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)15m2×4.5m(H),有效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積65m3。所有構筑(zhu)物均為(wei)(wei)RC+FRP結構(鋼筋混凝(ning)土襯里(li)+纖維增強塑料(liao))。

    3.5含(han)鎳(nie)廢(fei)水處理系統

    調(diao)節池(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)20m2×3.5m(H),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積60m3。間歇反應(ying)池(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)4.5m2×5.0m(H),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積20m3。含鎳(nie)中間池(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)20m2×3.5m(H),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積60m3。去鎳(nie)水池(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)10m2×2.0m(H),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積15m3。污泥池(chi)1座,尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)16m2×2.0m(H),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)積30m3。所有(you)構(gou)筑物均為(wei)(wei)RC+FRP結(jie)構(gou)(鋼(gang)筋混凝土襯里+纖維增強塑(su)料)。

    4、工藝(yi)運行效果分(fen)析

    各類(lei)廢水(shui)處理系統調試完(wan)畢并(bing)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行后,由環境(jing)監測部門(men)連續(xu)取樣監測,結果表明外排(pai)水(shui)總放排(pai)口(kou)出水(shui)指標均滿足GB21900—2008表2中水(shui)污染物濃度限值要求及GB8978—1996表4中一級標準要求。總放排(pai)口(kou)部分出水(shui)水(shui)質多次取樣平(ping)均值如表2所示。

    5、成本分析(xi)

    該廢水(shui)處理(li)工程總投資4736萬元(yuan)(yuan),各類廢水(shui)處理(li)量平均為(wei)5328.5m3/d。運(yun)行費用中,電費為(wei)1.65元(yuan)(yuan)/m3,藥劑(ji)費(PAC、PAM、次氯酸鈉(na)、破絡劑(ji)、氫氧化鈉(na)等)為(wei)0.87元(yuan)(yuan)/m3,人工費為(wei)0.38元(yuan)(yuan)/m3,維護費及(ji)其(qi)他為(wei)0.18元(yuan)(yuan)/m3,合(he)計3.08元(yuan)(yuan)/m3。

    6、結(jie)論

    按照“分(fen)質分(fen)類"原則,采(cai)用合理(li)的處理(li)工藝,最(zui)終使PCB廢水(shui)總排(pai)(pai)放(fang)口出水(shui)的CODCr、Cu2+、Ni2+、CN-、NH3-N、TN、TP分(fen)別達到17、0.17、0.05、0.001、10.8、17.7、0.885mg/L,出水(shui)水(shui)質穩定,優于(yu)《電鍍(du)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)》(GB21900—2008)表2中水(shui)污(wu)染(ran)物(wu)濃度限值要(yao)求及(ji)《污(wu)水(shui)綜(zong)合排(pai)(pai)放(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)》(GB8978—1996)表4中一級標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)要(yao)求。該(gai)污(wu)水(shui)處理(li)系(xi)統工藝先進、操作便捷、自動化(hua)控(kong)制程度高。
